Answers: i bought a darlek from Tescos, it had a little button on the cake board that when pressed said "exterminate, exterminate..."

You can always find an image of Dr. Who from the Internet and have someone do a photo cake for you. That may be your easiest option.

i think TESCO were doing them at one stage...if not you can get a doctor who picture and give it to a bakers they can put it on the cake for you...they do it with photos

I have seen one in the special decorative cake section in Tescos! It was a a really large Tesco supoerstore though!

Asda do the photo cakes (usually while you wait) take a pic of Dr Who and walk out as the best mum in the world for getting your son a cake with Dr Who on it! x

I've gone to the Dr. Who official site and haven't found much in the way of cakes, however there's lots of stuff you can purchase there. Are you thinking of a cake that will look like the Tardis? I'm thinking that that one would be easy enough to make on your own. Perhaps you can consult with a local bakery, take in some pictures, and see what you can create. Good luck! And, by the way, I'm a huge fan of The Doctors~!
I'm agreeing with amazing_creation, a photo cake would be a lot easier than hunting one down... come to think of it i want a Doctor who cake.... though i'd feel bad eating his adorable face!
