I think it will all cost about 3000 dollars or less, take my advice and save yourself some money if you want your graduation party to be the coolest of all the seniors.
how should I know? I don't know where you live! call around to restaurants or VFW halls and ask what their rates are. look in the phone book for DJ's. if the hall doesn't supply food, ask someone you know who got married recently if they used a good caterer.
Plan as early as you can. Graduation Announcements for the party and the little napkins and things that say you graduated alone ran about 30 dollars or so for me ten years ago, they probably cost more now.

Plus you have to think about the fact that DJ's like to charge top buck.
Renting hall... eh, you could prolly find one for like $250-$500 for the night.
Plus decorations, lights, cake....a gotta have cake haha... things like that.
Make a budget and try your damnedest not to go over it. There are certain things that you can do to save a lot of money, you just need to find the best deals, and work out some compromises with some people. GL!
Use some of the stuff you already have like maybe plastic cups my friend had a graduation party for her and she did it at her house she had a disk made with pictures and music of her and her friends what im trying to say is you really don't need a DJ and the food i would say it depends on how many people are going to be there the brand i would go with is the store brand of food because it's the cheapest
all depends on where tha hall will b @, a hall can run from $150.00 and up, food depends if family is making it or if its being catered, that can run $200.00 and up. dj's run $35.00 an hr. or higheru should spend no more than $500.00. i say, ur the one who graduated someone should throw u the party or atleast go half. it comes out cheaper 4 u and less stress. i'm sure uhad enuff of that n school. good luck. and congrats
