Best chocolate ever - Moonstruck baby!
Their truffles are miniature works of art.

I'm a See's woman myself, but you might try Godiva or some of the European chocolates.

Chocolate covered Orange Peel

Carefully peel two thick skinned oranges. Cut into thin strips about an 1/8 to 1/4 inch wide.

Put in a small sauce pan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil. Drain. Rinse. Cover with water.

Bring to a boil. Repeat this 5 times to remove the bitterness from the orange peels.

Drain. add 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
Stirring constantly so as not to scotch or burn. When the sugar is dissolved and the water is gone.. the orange peels should be sticky. Remove from heat...

Pour 2 cups of sugar onto large baking sheet. Pour the orange peels onto the sugar. Stir and separate (gently) with two forks... until orange pieces are coated in sugar and are mostly not touching each other.

Let this air dry for at least an hour...

In a new pan.....melt chocolate... dip the orange peel into the melted chocolate. Place the chocolate covered orange peel onto wax paper covered baking sheet or pizza pan.

Put in freezer or refrigerator for a few minutes to set the chocolate. ***make sure the entire orange peel is covered... the chocolate seals in the freshness. It is really easy to do!

Have fun and enjoy!

Otherwise.....you can usually buy some at Walgreens.

You know, I am not much for sweets, but I often buy girls that I am dating at the time chocolate truffles from the chocolate store in the mall..
