brie, mozarella, i'm not sure what you mean by "nutty"

Parmesan reggiano has a nutty flavor. There are also cheeses that contain caraway which obviously imparts nutty flavor.

brie, havarti, baby swiss, gruyere

parmigian, swiss, gruyere

Gruyere...especially when you let it sit out and get room temperature!
