I don't know about you but I'm having left over pizza.

Ground beef underneath some sliced potatoes mixed together with corn. it's yummy!

Invite some friends over and make a pizza. It can be low-carb or even just plain old pepperoni! Keep me posted!

Egg noodles, ground beef and velveeta cheese are the key ingredients in this main dish recipe.
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 pound ground beef
* 4 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
* 1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup diced celery
* 1/4 cup whole kernel corn
* 1 envelope onion soup mix
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded process cheese (velveeta)

PREPARATION:
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add noodles, tomatoes, water, celery, corn, dry soup mix and garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 min.
or until noodles are tender. Remove from the heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. - max ive all ways loved this recipe its so good

mac &cheese and a Italian sausage

Burgers, black beans & rice, guacamole & chips, and broccoli.

Jasmine Fried Rice with a hint of ground rosemary to taste.
** 2 C. Cooked Jasmine rice
** 1 egg
** fresh green peas (1/2 C.)
** 1/2 c. cubed carrots
** 1 TS sesame seeds
** 2 TS sesame oil
** 5 TS low sodium Soy Sauce
** pinch of ground rosemary
1. Heat Oil in wok, add carrots & peas cook until tender
2. ad Sesame Seeds and lighty brown
3. add rice & rosemary and cook for 1 minute
4. push rice to the side and add egg and scramble in cleared area
5. cut egg into rice mixture and add soy sauce mix throughly. Serve Immediately



Stir Fried Veggies (Broccoli, Snow Peas, Sliced Carrots & Asparagus)
Cook all of the above in oil until tender, then saute' with 2 TS of low sodium Soy Sauce.

Baked Chicken rubbed with Curry and Peanut Sauce..
1. 2 TS yellow curry paste
2. 1 lb chicken breast
3. 1/2 c. peanut butter
4. 1/2 c. coconut milk

Mix Peanut butter and Coconut oil until smooth paste forms, set aside.

Preheat oven to 350

Cover chicken with curry paste bake at 350 for 20 minutes, add peanut sauce over chicken bake another 20 minutes (or until finished) Slice in strips and serve.

Top that off with a nice cool glass of Plum Wine...

Marinated Sesame Ginger Chicken and to top it off an Ice cream sundae for desert!!!! only if ya eat all your dinner =)

I have a ham in the oven! I will probably have homemade macaroni and cheese, creamed potatoes, mixed beans, deviled eggs, and some yeast rolls!

We're having a pasta alfredo with extra half and half and cheeses, leftover sliced up pork chops, sauteed mushrooms in garlic, and topped with cilantro. And a green salad. Gotta use up stuff around the house!

I'm going to see what turns me on when I go to the store in a little while,lol
