Answers: Having a party with a Mexican theme. Margaritas, Corona's, mexican food and decorations. I thought about doing a pinata for the adults to hit after a few "drinks"

Go to a sex shop...get cheap trinkets, condoms etc.

They make cute little sharpie and highlighter markers that are mini.
and who can't use a good tube of chapstick; especially in winter.

yeahh little things. condoms might be funny to put in. you can also buy little books of swear words and such which might be good also. hope it turns out okay =]
Get some of those chocolate liquor shots. Those should go over well with the "big kids".

Maybe all of those aren't appropriate. "Adult" has a weird connotation that goes along with it.
you will want to have something for everyone. small trinkets that are not to personal. you will need to keep in mind your parties theme when choosing. Try some ice with a fly in it, you can get it from your local novelty store.
Key chains, lotto tickets, condoms (hehehe), trial size lotions and shampoos, etc, dental floss, chap stick, small denomination gift cards, pens, pocket size address books, espresso beans, fishing lures, decks of playing cards, the list is endless. Just think of your guests and their interests and think small!

At costco there are these chocolates filled with 1/4 to 1/2 a shots worth of Jack Daniels, Malibu Rum ...etc. They come in packs of 5-10 and are fairly small.
If it is an adult only crowd, you could do like an above poster said and add little sex trinkets and condoms. Assuming there are no children there that might not understand the humor.
On a more expensive side, you could throw in a couple $10 gift cards for a local restaraunt or movie.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you have a video camera, that could win you lots of money on Americas Funniest Home Videos..LOL
