tell everyone to wear 40's style suit's or pick a character out of the godfather. have as a joke a horse's head. decoration's should be 40's style. for food Italian style food. music 40's music like old swing music. mostly tie the mob and the 40's into your party.

You need a cake in the shape of a severed horses head.

well my uncle is a mafia captain in his family...and whenever they have a gathering or party...pasta! italian dishes. Also a lot of black fancy suits.

Stuff tissue into your cheeks to make yourself sound like Marlon Brando.
Food - Pasta, pizza
Drinks - Wine or grape juice for kids
Costumes - cheap black suits for the men and dresses for the girls.
Decorations - Dark Theme like in Vito Corleone's study.
Party Favour - Small plastic guns

Well, you should serve pasta with tomato sauce, and for dessert, Cannolis are a must.

Serve cannoli's for dessert. Remember that great line where Paulie says......"Leave the gun.....take the cannolis"

Make sure you tape a "play" gun behind all of your toilets.
