Birthday party themes?!

Question: My seven year old daughter has a birthday coming up in February and I'd like her to have a very special party. She is disabled, and does not have many friends...I am hoping this will help her interact and possibly help her to form some bonds. (or at least just have a wonderful day!)
I'm wondering about themes. Not napkin colors and cake decor...but actual themes. For example, one of my children recently went to a "baking" party where the girls baked cookies and desserts at designated stations and then brought the goodies home. They had a ball!
Can anyone recommend some themes that would take the pressure off of the children feeling "forced" to interact, but still have fun....keeping in mind my daughter is disabled, so we wouldn't want anything too challenging....just fun for all!

Thank you in advance....:)

Maybe a find a treasure party.... you can hand them all little maps giving them directions and having them find the treasure themselves.... It can be a fun once they all start looking

My granddaughter recently went to a Diva party. The girls dressed like their favorite rock stars. (My granddaughter was a Cheetah girl). The put down a red runner on the ground to be a "red carpet". Several parents had cameras to be the poperatzi. They had a karaoke machine with a microphone so they could be "stars". Someone with a digital camera took their pictures as they arrived and printed them out. The girls glued gemstones to acrylic frames and put their pictures in them for party favors. There was a pinata - looked like a slipper. Cake was shaped like a guitar. Girls were given sunglasses to wear. My granddaughter had a wonderful time!

hannah montana theme party. my lil sister had one and we had one of our friends dress up as hannah montana and she thought it was really her. lol, it was funny

maybe you could have a make ur own pizza party,, get every one small pizzas[or just tortias] and toppings and the sause and cheese have every one make there own miny pizza and sit down for a movie while they eat the own pizza.

you could hire like a person that makes baloons [valloon amimles] and he could make each kis a balloon it would keep them interusted and keep there mind off the fact there ur daughter is disabled [wich there minds shouldnt even be there >=[ mean kids ]

or you could even take the cookie idea,

maybe go to the zoo but its to risky to loose one of the kids and keep them all under control

or a very good idea that just came to me was that for her birth day cake,, just have the cake part and have every one decorate there own peice of cake with frosting and sprinkles.

i hope some of these ides wer some help,,

Hannah Montana party 4 sure!!!

pottery party
jewelry making party
you can look up all kinds of crafts for them to do- then they can take home their craft

individual pizzas is a good idea too for their snack- or a build you own ice cream sundae bar instead of cake
