Having an office luncheon, Heavy Appetizers Theme?!

Question: Tell me what heavy party foods you love the best.
I guess alot of people are gearing up for Superbowl Parties.
Tell me the stuff you expect to see......
I can get recipes later to what I decide on so keep it simple just name the good stuff.

Seven Layer Dip

I make this really easy mexican dip, a lot of people make the same thing, and everyone loves it...
A block of cream cheese, at room temp
A can of hormel chili, with or without beans (personal preference)
Shreeded mexican mix cheese
Tortilla chips

In a glass bowl, pie place, pyrex dish, smooth cream cheese over entire bottom of dish. Spread out can of chili over the layer of cream cheese. Sprinkle mexican shreeded cheese over the top of that, put in 350 degree oven, until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with chips. Caution- it's really hot at first.

mini sweet and sour meatballs
quesadillas
chicken wings
nachos with cheese, salsa Guacamole, sour cream, all the goodies.
mozzarella sticks
and lastely, Zucchini pie (not quite Superbowl food, but still very delicious)

california roll sushi platter

My favorite:
sausage queso dip. Brown a chub of good quality sausage, add can of Rotel and 2 bricks cream cheese. Dash of cayenne pepper. Heat through til blended. Serve with tortilla chips. This is seriously an OMG moment. Took some to a neighbors party and unwittingly spoiled their dinner presentation as the guests all huddled around the dip appetizer and wouldn't leave until gone. They were too full to eat the steaks at dinner.

Try Reuben Dip with party pumpernickel bread

stuffed mushrooms
cheese sticks
baccon wrapped shrimp
cheese and crackers

Wal*Mart they has an assortment of apptizers in the forzen food section for $1 and they are good.

They have onion peels, fried cheese sticks and cheddar peppers.

These are great for a quick meal..plus i add the Tyson Anytizer Boneless Bufflo Wings
