Have them decorate it the same way you would for a cake. It's essentially a cookie-cake, so they can do anything you'd like :)

Get some pink and some white icing and decorate the cookie with it, you can also get edible silver balls and glitter so you could add that for a bit of glitz! That's what I would do! :-)
make a giant cheese cake buy extra packets of flavoured cheesecake
make it in 1 and 6 shapes, decorated with frosting- yum!!! great idea- or you can get a big brownie, cheesecake, or ice cream cake instead. pie maybe?
