What about a dance party? all u need are :
balloons
little appitizers
make ur own mix cd
have a fun game planned

u'll never fail!

A simple cheap one would be a movie night party, have pizza, cake, snacks(chips, popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream) and rent a good movie. When you finish early you could maybe have a mini dance war in your living room/bedroom which ever room has bigger space.

Over all, it probably will sum up around $80-100
