I would say 4-6 depending on if you are feeding a petite woman or a starving teenager. :)

I have made this much spaghetti in advance but I made the meatballs and sauce and put them in a foil roasting pan and covered it with foil. I made the noodles on site and added the sauce at the last minute. This way the noodles weren't mushy and it seemed more freshly prepared.

Who the heck knows how to answer this question?????? Check your package of pasta, how many servings per package, cook it, put it in a ziploc and see how much it holds. Simple, simple, simple.
