Macadamia crusted mahi mahi, or pulled pork on a sweet potato and plantain pancake, with a pineapple sauce. Beautiful. Garnish the dish with a piece of grilled pineapple. This dish is sweet from the pineapple and flavorful from the pork. Try it, let me know if you want the recipe.

I have multiple recipes to use. Recently I made veal piccata, with steamed french green beans and garlic, lemon and olive oil sauteed squash. I followed it with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and for desert home made chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne.

how about a bone-in pork chop with peach sauce. start with a salad with homemade citrus vinaigrette, feta, bacon, and cucumber. end with fresh berries and cream of brownie ala mode. with this meal i would serve a semi-sweet riesling for salad and dessert and a light red wine for entree. but any true chef has countless date night menus.

Okay, I'll stand up, but I hope you won't be disappointed if I don't wait the whole three days before I sit or lie down, again! ;)

Seriously, though, don't you think it would be even more romantic if you used your own "noodle"? (sorry!)

Totally out of the blue, I made a pie for a girl I had a crush on. She was stunned and obviously touched by the effort I had made. She then asked for details, such as what ingredients I used (I think she was testing me on whether I had really made it all by myself) and how I came up with the idea (there's a reason associated with her, but I won't tell you what it was). What do you think would have happened if I had frozen on either answer? She would have realized that I did a "Cyrano" (ask your parents or English teacher), and wouldn't have been as touched.

No we have a personnel chef to cook for us.
