Because it seems you have absolutely no real business/restaurant experience, I suggest you do a LOT of relevant research (this is not the place for that sort of thing). Statistically, at least 75% of all new businesses fail in the first year and, unfortunately, for restaurants, the figure is higher. Tread CAREFULLY.

I never bought anything on-line. I want to see, feel and touch the merchandise. I want it to be the right size, color and weight.
We would get the paper on Thursday and Saturday. There would be a section or list of auctions. For just about everything - kitchen, dining room and bar - I went to restaurant and hotel auctions.
I managed to get just about everything we needed at a substantially discounted price. It was fun!
Of course this was way before the internet. I might be too old school.
