Answers: For such a mysterious sausage with a wonderful legacy, haggis sort of attacks the palate. Haggis is sausage that contains all of the sheep except for the bleat. It also contains oatmeal and is very spicy from ingredients that I would compare to chinese five spice. A generous portion for most folks would be about three or four fingerbredths. It is a flavor and texture you will never forget.

It's quite peppery, but definately worth trying. Don't get bogged down wi' the ingredients, jist enjoy the unique occassion... Huv a great night...
A neep is the Scottish word for turnip! Orange and mushy! Yuck! Everyone else likes neeps except me lol
