Cat's Birthday Party help. :]]?!

Question: I know it might sound crazy...But My cat, Chessie's, birthday is February 14 (valentines day) and I need some party-planning help! She is turning nine. She is female, white with big, black spots. (if that helps) I was thinking a black and white themed party. any ideas? Pictures and links would be muchly appreciated!

OOOO maybe a cow theme.Cows are that color.Except maybe with hearts since it will be valentines day.And a huge load of toys treats and catnip!

Maybe like dice? Dice and Mice? Hehe. As for gifts, my cats like little fuzzy mice they can lose under the fridge. And anything catnip. Don't bother with the freeze-dried salmon snacks, they smell bad and the cats will just throw them up and that smells REALLY bad.
