Can I come? I usually am doing the cooking as I am a caterer...I never get to eat anyone else's cooking...:(
It sound great. You must be having quite a crowd. You have 6 dishes, Unless you are having more than 50 I would consider leaving off the lasagne OR Stuffed shells, that is most time consuming.
Sounds awesome, just be sure to add fresh fruit and/or a veggie tray for the few who started 2008 with a low carb diet! Have fun!
I like the menu.. there is a lot of nice pasta choices and the drinks fit well. I dont know some of the pastas, but I am sure they are very good. For a dessert or a fun snack you could have a gummi worm pasta with a whipped cream sauce! That would be fun, I think. Well good idea!

Sounds fantastic, although I think you should serve up macaroni cheeswe and some kind of ravioli so that you have really got all the popular pasta varieties covered!

That sounds very good. A good minestrone soup and a vegetable platter would be good as well. Will you be labeling the different foods with pretty place cards? (just in case someone has an allergy - like to the seafood for instance)
