When I make cinnamon rolls, they come out dry. Any suggestions?!

Question: It depends on the recipe that you are using, and sometimes where you live (hot cold dry heat or moist) but this recipe I have used again and again, in the South and North and it is very good. Be sure to get and oven thermometer to verify your temperature is correct on the oven.

Shorten the time you bake them. I always shorten the time stated on the package and they come out moist and soft. Good luck!!

try to have a pot on the bottom of the oven full with water- to give some moisture in the air.

Add more butter.

sounds like you are over baking them to me or baking at too high of heat
