What should I bring to a superbowl party??!

Question: I've never been to one so this is a first time for me. My friend said there's going to be beer, subs, chips etc. I don't want to go there with nothing so what should I bring??

Any finger food/snack is great.

Pigs in a blanket
Brownies or cookies
Chips and dip
Wine
Pop
Beer
Ice

I would talk to the hostess and see if there is anything specific that they need. They may need an extra cooler to store the drinks. Have fun!

how about taco dip

Here's a great recipe for a surprisingly good cheese log. It's super simple to make, and it's always a hit.

CHEESE LOG
This is a fun one, and the ingredients will surprise you. Don’t let this simple cheese fool you though. Once the seasonings are mixed in and the log is rolled in a combination of luscious, flavorful seasonings, your family or guests will think it’s a gourmet cheese. I guarantee you they would never guess what it really is, and will be asking you for the recipe. This recipe calls for paprika. I recommend a good sweet Hungarian paprika for better flavor. I use it whenever I need paprika for anything, even if it’s just a garnish.

- 16 oz. pkg. Velveeta Cheese (makes 2 logs)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder (or to taste)
- ? cup chopped walnuts
Equal parts:
- paprika
- nutmeg
- chili powder

- Bring the cheese to room temperature. In a small bowl put cheese and add garlic powder and chopped walnuts. Mix well.
- divide mixture in half and shape each into approximately 6” logs
- mix paprika, nutmeg & chili powder together and place on waxed paper.
- roll each log in spice mixture, making sure to cover completely.
- wrap each log in plastic wrap, then in foil and refrigerate.
- take cheese log(s) out about ? hour before serving.

Serve as a spread with a nice crackers, or just good ol’ Ritz crackers.

have fun!

Apart from a Giants flag, sixty vodka twisty shots!

easy suggestions are:
ice
dessert (football cake)
more beer
dip (something you made, not a can)
chili (again, home made. there are lots of easy recipes on the web)

or you could be inventive and bring something like face paint and offer to do peoples faces in the team colors.

Brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Maybe you can bring pizza too

nacho's and dip, a couple of cases of soda

you could bring some more beer unless they said not to.
maybe bring something like a tray of wings, or something sweet, like cookies.

Man food!!. There a recipe I use that makes a good appetizer and is filling. Depending on how many people are going to be there determines the size of how much you bring.

1 big bag frozen meatballs
1 big jar open pit BBQ sauce
1 jar apricot preserves

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and let cook until time for the party. If there is going to be a lot of people just double the size of everything.

This is a good meatball appetizer recipe and just a little bit spicy. The first time I made this I was very unsure of how it would turn out but was VERY GOOD!

just yourself lol
Take about hot dogs and buns
ribs
salsa and chips

Ask the host/hostess what you may bring---first, they'd be delighted w/ proper etiquette, 2nd, they just may need a certain item you can bring & would greatly appreciate it.
