What are some fun things to do in Michigan when its freezing outside?!?!

Question: I want to plan something nice for my fiance and I but I have no idea what to do. Anyone have any ideas on restaurants to go to or places to go?
If it helps... I'm 23 and hes 28...

advice from an old guy...make him know you care, find a thing he really likes: cars, sports, movies and plan an evening around it. you can even stay home and make him feel special. get a few new recipes or his favorites, spend some time together and enjoy each others company. you don't have to spend much, just pay attention for a while. If you are not financially flush, call a few of his friends, explain that you want to have a special evening and get thier help. tell them they can't stay past munchies and a drink, then do what you think is right. It'll all work out

go paintballing! lol

stay inside and warm things up

Candlelight dinner/drinks at home; then snuggle.

Snuggle by the fireplace, look through photo albums, class yearbooks and call up some old friends.

I moved from MI to NC last April so I know how you must be feeling! Cold!! Do they still have ice skating downtown Detroit? That could be fun.

Where in Michigan? You could go to a Redwings game.

fireplace, board games, GOOD delivery food...oh, and alcohol!

Well I live in Colorado and this winter me and my bf went sledding, ice skating and just playing in the snow together. It's the perfect way to learn to do something new together! But if you would prefer to stay inside I would try making a big fancy dinner for just the two of you. Work all day on it and then appreciate it during dinner and then just talk... or a movie is always fun!

Stay in and have a picnic on the floor followed by sex. I am not being dirty, that is the best thing to do when it is cold out. Light some candles and massage eachother, enjoy a bottle of wine or beer. Make an event out of it. You can also use a board game or adult card game to enhance the evening.
