We are getting together with friends and I want to make crab legs, but what should I make with it?!

Question: I love to cook and I'm not afraid to try new things! Thank you.

Corn on the cob, salad, stuffed mushrooms, baked potatoes, steamed veggies, key lime pie

Caesar Salad
Steamed Clams
Corn on the cob
Boiled new potatoes
Banana's Foster

Do a low-country boil! It's a great, fun and casual meal - - that is always a hit.

Just substitute cracked crab for the shrimp!

Ive never tried this exact recipe ...

..but, When I make lobster, I will usually make a Lobster Bisque to serve with it as an appetizer, , and people love it! And you'll already have some of the ingredients:0)
..Don't forget a nice crusty bread

Or you could serve artichokes &/or sweet corn on the cob, You all will be getting messy anyway with your hands, and youll already have melted butter:)

Or some good old twice baked potatoes...

Put the crab legs , onions, small red potatoes , corn on the cob, and a package or bottle of crab boil in water boil til done. Serve with warm butter. If you want to serve it Cajun style. use a newspaper tablecloth drain crab legs and veggies and dump them on the newspaper and eat with your fingers. clean up is a breeze, be sure to have plenty of cold beer. Key Lime Pie goes great with this. And a fun time will be had by all.

Have melted butter with some lemon juice in it to dip the crap legs. Other than that have some heavier dishes to accompany the crab like scalloped potaoes. Also have a salad like a caesar salad or greek salad and veggies.
