well, since it's in the summer, there's tons of stuff you could do. is there a public pool you might be able to rent for one day? you could do that, and then hire a dj too.
that might be too expensive though.
you could do an all one color theme. i was on here earlier answering questions, and this one person had a wedding all in pink. it looked so nice! here it is:

wow um first sweet sixteen okay second?? if you have a party you will be spending money no ifs ands or butt about it.. y spend all kinds of money its really just another day.. you will have plenty of parties throughout your life time
Ok first of all do you have a city you can go into? Maybe have a spa party? Hairsalon party? You can do that and keep all the kids from hanging out playing video games and watching tv. Since you didn't give background as to what you like, who you are, its kinda like taking a shower in the dark....Unsure where everything is!

Ultimate party for me....hmmm.....everyone kickin' it at Jamaica...but you're too young. Well anyways, this year for my daughters birthday, I am throwing her a mini County Fair theme where I will be renting a mechanical bull ride, jumping thing for little ones, Python Ron (reptiles around the world). We will be hiring a caterer from maybe Texas West BBQ. I haven't figured out games yet.
My friend threw a Jocks and Cheerleaders theme and that was pretty cool or just sport your favorite sport team theme.
