My veggie tray froze overnight, what can I do to save it?!

Question: I forgot my veggie tray in the car overnight and it got down to -11 degrees F. Is there any way I can salvage the veggies or do I need to go buy a new one?

I suppose that you could serve it--depending on what veggies were on it... but IMO, frozen vegetables when thawed out are not good eaten raw..If it were me and I possibly could replace it, I would and let the veggies on the tray thaw out in the refrigerator and use them for vegetable soup.. Just throw in some broth or get a 'soupbone' at the mkt and make the broth...
It really depends whom you are going to serve it to, I suppose... If it is your family and they would not care about the 'softness' of the veggies, then I suppose you could go ahead and serve it...
I would not!

it should be fine, just bring it into a room tempture place till it thaws,if it looks good it should be fine it not you need to get new one

leave it out in room tmeperature until it looks ready to eat if it stays frozen buy a new one but keep in mind the lines at the supermarkets are probably tremendous because its super bowl sunday

i think u need to cook that one, put cheese sauce on it. and buy another one.

Idk

Once frozen, the veggies will likely be a lost cause (except maybe the carrots), so make a big pot of vegetable soup out of them.

You'll need a whole new veggie tray.

save all the trouble and just get the vegies and make another one. use the frozen one for gazpacho [cold soup] would work
