Food wise?

Ask the guests to chip in. It's nothing to pick up a bag of chips or a bottle of pop on the way over. The only problem is that you may get stuck with lots of junk food :P

Something that is really run and totally underrated is making your own pizza. It's not as childish as it sounds, it can be huge amounts for a group.

Buy those shells you can get near the deli, little ones are ideal so everyone can have their own but big ones are just fine, just have half and half (or quarters and quarters, whatever).

Buy pizza sauce from a can, mozza cheese and as many toppings you can think of. Vegetables of all kinds, onions, tomatoes (yes I know, it's not a veg but it should be), peppers, olives, jalapenos, mushrooms, I even tried zucchini and eggplant once (thinly sliced) and it was Delicious. Deli meats can be pricey, but just get a few of each kinds, ham, salami, pepperoni, whatever! The more toppings you put on and the crazier you are the better. Even if the pizza turns out inedible, you'll have fun!

hey, and if you're worried about the cost of all the topping you can even ask the guests to bring one topping each, that will provide a wide variety and cut the costs!

Hope that helped!

Cheap and always fun, scavenger hunts. treasure-adventure.com is a good place to start.
