Buy two filets of trout, salt and pepper them, fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side starting with the skin-side down. In the meantime, wash and dry some salad, pour a bit of olive oil on it, then toss. Then add some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and toss again.
Put the salad on a large plate and the fish right on top.
You have a totally delicious and healthy meal, and can afford some extra decadent dessert as a reward for being so good!
