Ahhh I'm an old romantic!!! Perfect nite is--him home, me making the perfect steak and shrimp, baked potatoe and salad. My famous maple cream pie. A bottle of wine. The fire place glowing. The dogs snoring, the cats purring, and us snuggling. This is my plan for Saturday nite!!! I have the man, the food, the fireplace, the dogs and cats!!!
I love it when a man cooks for me. Candles and a good bottle of wine! A fireplace is wonderful if you ask me! If you can't cook, go to a good restaurant and order out. Arrange it on the plate nicely. It's more about the effort, then the actually cooking.

Music playing, dancing by the fire, having dinner ( an assortment of a little of anything good, no filling rich foods) with a nice red wine all done in the livingroom either on the floor picnic style or at a coffee table and lots of pillows around on the floor. Strawberries for dessert with some chocolate and whipcreme. .... chick flick movie and time to cuddle and play footsies and just touch each other. ( no scented candles around the food)
