Invite a bunch of friends over for a sleepover including several movies and story telling ,serve either pizzas(from frozen) or home made tacos with lots of munchies.
The friends should bring sleeping bags and their own pillows.
Some friends wont be able to sleep over due to other commitments so allow earlier activities so they can still come but get picked up that evening.

Have a make-over sleep-over. Get everyone to bring make up and hair stuff and try different looks on each other.
Have a party at home. That's pretty cheap. And you can decorate your house the way you want to and make it look all fun and cool. And play some games.

Why don't you buy the ingredients for a pizza and all your friends can pitch in and help. For example, one can mix the pizza base, the other roll it out, the other can cut up the ingredients to put on it and so on. Then you can all eat what you have prepared. It's great fun and tasty too. You can find out how to make pizzas on the internet.
