well it depends on what your budget is whether or not you want a massive party or not and if you plan on having it on a night where ppl work or work the next day whether or not ur going to have a dj n stuff. if you give me more details ill gladly help you i have organized 18 successful parties at this age lvl i am 16 also.

Get people to RSVP (reply to say if they are going or not) way in advance, then you will have peace of mind.
Just be happy your having a party for your 16th! My parents forgot.

well,first u need 2 figure out...why did u think ppl won't come??
Just make sure you let everyone know in advance and invite anyone that you think might want to come... Its not nice to leave people out.
So if you invite a group of people you know, and they normally hang around with someone else who you don't really know - then invite them too.
Also, if you really wanna sort it out, try and get your dad to act as a taxi driver and going to pick people up if they live far awat and stuff.
If i ever skipped a party its because i couldn't be bothered to make my way there if it was miles away.
Invite everyone you want to come, and if they dont show then its their loss. stop worrying and relax
