If its on a weekend I would say 7 or 8 would be good. If its a weeknight I wouldn't start it any later that 6:30. This gives people time to get dressed and it also gives people time to enjoy themselves on a work night. Most people won't party hard on a weeknight (YES, I know there are some!) But this gives them time to enjoy your party and still get home at a reasonable hour.

Tell them to come as soon as they wake up and to bring much beer....
I love to make the party around 07.00 - 08.00 pm .
After they work , and they still have enough time to dress up..
Enjoy the party !!
The earlier the better....make it on a Saturday, starting mid afternoon!
tell them to come around eight and party all night if ur not in shool and can get wasted and have the peoples stay the night
Either 7pm or 7-30pm perhaps?
