When was the last time you hosted a dinner party?!
Answers: I had one two weeks ago.
Once a month a group of friends each take turns at doing a dinner. The catch is it must be something you have never cooked before & you are cooking at one of the other friends home. This weekend I am cooking at a friends home [45 miles from my home].Don't know what yet. But I better not forget anything.

Right before Christmas.
The night before last, actually. Halibut tacos-- flour and corn tortillas with shredded cabbage, mango salsa, creme' fraiche mixed with chipotle and cilantro. Black beans and spanish rice on the side.
