Ideas for a surprise party?!

Question: Our good friend (female) is leaving us in about two weeks to do an internship in another state. I am trying to plan a surprise going away party for her in about a week. The party will be for about 20-25 college students. It's on a sunday night so no alcohol. Her internship is at Walt DIsney World, so a disney theme would be appropriate. Any ideas to create a memorable party for her would be appreciated!

What a GREAT friend you are! Go Mickey Mouse all the way! Cake, favors the whole thing. - check out the kids section of any party store! There are TONS !! Get her a Mickey Mouse t-shirt (or sweat shirt) and some great markers and let all her friends autograph her shirt. Get a Polaroid camera and take lots and lots of pictures of her and her friends wearing fun hats and having a great time - make sure you give one to her and one to the friend so everyone leaves with memories!

I would take the Disney World idea and run with it, to a point. Having some nice fruit punch, non-alcoholic of course, and some good music, light, contemporary, but more along the lines of what she enjoys listening to. Also, provide some good games, such as monopoly, but keep it to a good atmosphere. Overall, those should be a good blueprint for a going away suprise party.

they should have all kinds of Disney party supplies at the party stores- get whatever you can and decorate the hell out of the party room- balloons, streamers- whatever! get the Disney DVD trivia game to play- would be really fun to see how much the college kids know about Disney movies- plus will help her brush up on her knowledge! maybe have a bag of mini candies and give one to the first person who answers the question right (hand out Disney goodie bags to put them in) see if you can find any of those Mickey Mouse hats for all the guests to wear- give her a tiara to wear. maybe a Disney pinata filled with goodies for the guests to take a crack at.
