Some ideas for goodie bags?!

Question: My daughter's birthday party is on the 23rd and I need some idea for goodie bags. The kids that will be there are mostly 1-3 with four kids that are around 4 and 5. The items at my local party store are extremley expensive and I would be spending $40+ so any idea would be nice to keep them somewhat simple.

In the party stores where I live, they have lots of bins with inexpensive little items, like superballs, individual candies, toy parachute soldiers, little rings - all kinds of stuff. Most are .29-.79 cents each or so, some a little more. But there are lots of neat little things you can find. I think I have even seen some of these trinkets for toddlers.

For the older children, try Michaels for inexpensive craft kits and ideas. You can buy little paint sets or stained glass decoration kits that I don't believe are too expensive and have everyone make their craft or decoration at the party.

They also have these cute little foam projects that are really inexpensive - little visors or purses for about $1.00 each and you can buy a bucket of little foam decorations in tons of themes and colors and have everyone make their own. You can even get letters and personalize each one.

make sure you put in sweets they love sweets but not too much that will make them too hyper then u wont b able to deal with them if u want if they are all girls then u could put little princess games ,pencills, bubbles, kazoos, whistles, tiny toys, plastic jewelery, coloring books (mini),small packs of crayons, and mayb some deck of cards if this is too much just choose a few and ou will be all set well hope the party turns out well :] good luck!!

If all are girls you can give them things with something they like (princesses, Hannah Montana, cats dogs, etc.) for example little erasers, pencils, candy stuff like that

Good luck

An alternative to goodie bags would be having the girls decorate t-shirts. This is a fun project and they'd be able to bring something they are proud of home. You could buy the bulk packs of t-shirts at Wal-mart along with some paints, glitter, etc.

Some candy, some plastic cheap games, ect.

for the younger ones you could put sipper cups, juice box, snacks, bubbles canister, lollipops, and a beanie baby..
same thing for the bigger ones just the toy can be a hot wheels car or a small barbie doll...

the snacks and drinks should be something you did not give at the party .. it has to be something special and different..

good luck..!!!

make sure to add some candy- and some little toys- i used to love getting those in goodie bags. Also, kid jewelry- not too small, but big enough so they won't choke. stuff like that.
