What should I do for my boyfriend's 21st birthday?!

Question: He doesn't like going to the bar because he thinks its pretty trashy but of course he wants to drink. I want to have a pretty big group of friends get together but don't have a house or anything to have a party at because I don't want anything getting ruined by a bunch of crazy drunk kids. And... my budget is quite limited. If anyone has any ideas it would be realllllly helpful!!

best bet, get a small motel room, if you dont have a house to party at.. and your budget is tight...

Go to a fancy restaurant and have a nice, romantic dinner with a bottle of wine. That way, you won't spend a lot of money (it's just the two of you), and he still gets to drink (the wine.)

How about something personal. He is with you and this is his personal day. Maybe a touch a touch on the cheek, a bottle of (whatever the expense you can afford) champagne, and a dinner at the place of your first date. Ask your Friend to gather a half an hour later for everyone to chip in and enjoy the rest of the evening. Happy.

Keg beer is cheap... Have it in the garage, if you have one.

I'd call some local restaurants and see if you can reserve a large group room (sometimes they are free) If not, make a reservation for a large amount of people. They'll usually accomidate as long as you make the reservation well in advance. Then you could have a bunch of people meet at the restaurant, hang out for a while and drink, then everyone pays for their own meal. After dinner everyone could go to the restaurants bar area if they want to keep drinking. This will probably cost you little to nothing (you should pay for your brother) and it's fun, yet classy.

........well......depends on friends age but...I would think maybe donations or BYOB....(real friends shoudn't care)...a theme restaurant like Hibachi or Greek or whatever.....everybody can go...of age people can drink....buillt in designated drivers.......I still remember some of these form 30 years ago......belly dancers...uzo.......flipped shrimp.....my ex-wife took donations and bought me a $2000 trumpet......point is......see where their heads are at money wise.......no house? rent motel room but beware of disaster.....if t5heir that irresponsible .....that's sad...........
