you need to have dark walls (preferably black) if you can spray paint the walls with neon paints.. then cool ,, go 4 it...
you will need glow in the dark paint, bracelets and other cool stuff... to give away at the entrance of the party...
black lights pointing to the walls and enhancing the neon colors or glow in the dark posters...
a great DJ with a laser light show...
low light all over the place...
