How to plan a party?????!
Answers: im having a birthday party and i know exactly what were gonna do and when were gonna do it but i had a party last year and it was a disaster...i just don't want my party this year to turn out like the one last year!!!! please help me i really want this party to be the best pary ever!!!!! please help me!
Okay, decide who you'd like to invite (MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL FRIENDS, i've had parties before that people are "sorta" friends with me, and it's wrecked the party). Then AFTER this list decide what a good number of people to invite is, and adjust from there. Then plan the food out, and start prepping one to two days ahead of time. Get decorations, etc.
Here's how I plan my party;

WHAT; WHAT TYPE OF PARTY
WHERE; WHERE IT WILL BE LOCATED, ALSO THINK ABOUT RIDES NEEDED
WHEN; DATE AND TIME (ENDING TIME, TOO!)
WHY; REASON (BIRTHDAY)
FOOD;
DECORATIONS;
OTHER;
ADVANCE;
CLOSER;
DAY OF;
R.S.V.P.

well i don't really know how to help, because I don't know what happened. If it was a friend issue, then just don't invite one or talk to them before the party (like when you invite them). If it was a food or decoration issue, just PLAN PLAN PLAN make extra food (you can always have fun with the leftovers AND they make good midnight snacks). If it was anything else... i have NO IDEA
just have fun and ignore everything that could spoil it, it's YOUR birthday and people should be trying to make YOU happy! happy b-day and I hope this helps :D

photos and video.. (who′s taking them?)
i think that′s it...

you can do the things that you planned and invite only those people who you trust
Forget whether people are friends or not - make a party that will get either talking about what they had to do to attend this party! Theme it!
Make everyone wear pajamas, or a hat, or particular colors ( a red party!).....you'll get them all mingling and of course make sure you have fun food and beverages!
Best outfit/hat wins a prize!
