Teens (14+).. any ideas for a party?!

Question: my 14th birthday will be coming up in june (in a long time, i know, but i want to start planning now so that if i do book something, there could be an opening....)
so, i was wondering what i could do for a party.. i want it to be a boy/girl party, but i have no clue what we should do! if i do have a boy/girl, there would probably be only 15 people or so coming. i dont want a corny theme like hawaiian or tropical or whatever, (im not really into that stuff) but maybe something that involves karaoke or a big dance party or something.. i want my party to be unforgetable but also affordable.
any ideas would be great! thanks:)

Themed parties:
The cool thing about themed parties, is that you can have them almost everywhere, with almost any theme. If you just want to have a slumber party with your girlfriends, you can get a hotel room and have it there. You can have a pool party with a luau theme. Or maybe a country hick/white trash party where everyone dresses up in your own backyard. Then there’s the Hollywood party, where everyone dresses up as their famous Hollywood figure. You also have the option of choosing cowboy, pirate, nerds, or superhero themes. If you have something original and creative, use it!
Dance parties:
Pick an era, such as 70’s or 80’s, and run with it. Have your guests dress up like they did, and play music that they would have listened to back then. Ask your parents for ideas, they can always come up with some fun things they used to do at your age.

Color themed parties:
There are so many options here. Pick whatever colors you want. They could be your favorite colors, or even have a black and white party. You can also have everyone dress in white t-shirts, and buy a bunch of highlighters. Everyone can decorate each other, and when you turn a black light on, everyone will glow!

Costume parties:
These are no longer just for Halloween! Have your guests dress up however they want. Make sure everyone comes in costume, and decorate any way you want.
You can even decorate how you would at Halloween.
Fortune teller parties:
Hire a fortune teller to come out and read everyone’s palms, and/or tarot cards. Light a lot of candles. You can have everyone come in gypsy themed clothing. This can be indoors, or outdoors.

Military parties:
Have everyone dress in camo, and decorate the back yard like a obstacle course. You can even have a huge water balloon fight. Get bales of hay, and anything military related.

Scavenger hunt parties:
These are fun because you can go where ever you want. A mall, park, or neighborhood. Make out a scavenger hunt list with easy and hard things. Make points for each item recovered. Meet back at one spot and determine the winner. The winners can get some sort of prize.

Vegas parties:
Have a bunch of Vegas style games, and lots of lights. Get a poker game going, and other assorted card games. With all these things going on at once, everyone will have a choice on what to participate in. Have fake money to be won, and bet. Give them a certain amount when they come in. Go to a discount store, or a dollar store, and buy a bunch of stuff. Put a price on it, and let your guests ‘buy’ it with their winnings.

American Idol Challenge parties:
You can go out and buy a cheap karaoke machine, or rent one. Have everyone come with a song to be ready to sing. Have a contest, and see which of your friends is the next American Idol!

pajama party

you could rent a couple bowling lanes and set up a karaoke thing or something and then go back to your place and play some music and stuff. you should get aslushie maker cuz slushies rock!!

you could try a bungee run, this inflatable is great for birthday partes and your friends will think is the best birthday party ever. The bungee run isnt cheap though and expect to pay around £150 but if you're looking for a great party then the bungee run is the inflatable you want.
