Super special ideas?!
Answers: My daughter is having her 10th (!) birthday party next weekend and I'm looking for lots of super special, gorgeous (just like her) ideas?? Thanks all :)
Make sure they all eat something healthy but easy, even if its a few pizzas. Offer a salad with some dressing choices, and then about a 1/2 hour after set up a little ice cream bar where they can make their own sundays. For fun get some music going of her favorite CDs, a pinata might be fun, depending on how old she wants to be you could do girly things like weird hair dos with wash out color, some face painting, a dress up fashion show, and karaoke. Have a blast with it, they're only 10 once. Best wishes and happy birthday to the young lady.
For the slumber part rent some movies of her choice, with your approval of course, include her in what you do and make it her special day. When they're all calmed down and slumbering and you're exhausted cut out all sugary stuff, maybe some popcorn and just let them have fun. Make sure to tell them to calm it down at least an hour before you're ready to call it a night. And wake them up with some donuts and hot chocolate.

A bit of work but I'm sure A HIT with kids! I make what I call caged meatballs.
Make your meatballs however you're used to making them/ Boil spaghetti until it's ALMOST done....wrap the spaghetti around the meatballs and deep fry until the meatballs are done and the pasta is browned. Serve with marinara sauce. Place tooth picks next to the dish so they can serve themselves....
You may want to include grilled mozzarella cheese sandwhiches wich can be served with the same sauce (add pepperoni!)
You could make it a themed party with the following decorations, go to a market and buy that theme cake!?!
You could make it a Luau with fun decorations and tropical food like fresh fruit, colorful steak & chicken kebabs or fajitas would be easy. If you can find Island fruits & food, mix it in with some of the usual stuff they would like, i.e., pineapple pizza, papaya smoothies.
