Chicken mayo dip:
1 big chicken thigh (steam and chopped)
5 tbsp light mayonnaise (I prefer Japanese mayo)
2 slices of ham (chopped)
1 tbsp mixed peas (steamed)
a dash of sesame oil

2 packs of tablewater crackers (you can replace it with organic rice crackers)

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
2. Pack the mixture in a disposable container and put it in the fridge.

You can double or triple the portion accordingly to the number of guests you expect to feed.
