What pudding would you bring?!
(I know other people have asked about favourite puddings before, but I want to ask anyway!)

I would bring jam roly poly and custard. I can taste it now. I think I'll have to go get some. I'm hungry.

Apple pie,crumble,cake and custard or pie i like pie,ice cream, a banana split,popsicles,brownies
Pavlova..I make a mean one and its my signature dish!

That would depends on lots of things;
*how much do I know you, and know what you like?
*how many people is it for? If more than 8, I would choose a selection for variety and to make sure everyone has something he/she likes
*whether I have time to make one.
But here's my selection, the best first;
*Saint Honore (French pudding with puff pastry base, buttery thick custard topped with caramelised choux pastry)
*Chocolate mousse or light chocolate pudding (not many people don't like chocolate)
*Fruit pie or crumble (always refreshing after big meal)
*trifle (that is selfish because I love it)

As it is deep winter I would probably make a baked fruit crumble. Maybe apple and serve it with slices of a nice sharp cheddar cheese.
A good old fashioned Jam Roly-Poly, and a huge bowl of proper home made custard...You've got me hungry now...lol
