Spa Party appetizer ideas?!

Question: I am having a spa party and I am looking for appetizer ideas that are light, healthy, and taste good. Also, maybe things that can be made ahead of time like the day before.

cut a watermelon in a basket shape and fill with fruit

hummus and pita triangles

coconut or thai peanut chicken on scewers

dolmas( grape leaves) filled with couscous

vegetables with a dip set into a hollowed out purple cabbage or large raddichio leaf

mix apple or pumpkin butter with cream cheese and serve with cinnamon crisps

miniature creme puffs filled with a low cal fruit custard

kiwi tarts

lots of cut fruit- exotic fruit like star fruit and mango and pomegranate- pears- plums- etc. then of course your cut vegatables- with dipping sauces like hummus and tzaziki- (yogurt dip) then offer up some whole wheat seasoned breads for some comfort food and sliced low fat cheese. finger foods are best - you'll have stuff all overyour feet and hands and face- finger foods make it easy to snag a bite in between treatments- you could even go with tortilla wrapped sandwiches.

I like nerfy's ideas...I would also add sushi

You just inspired me to write on this topic for my blog. http://iby-invitationsbyyou.blogspot.com... Meanwhile, here's an interesting link...
