You can cut cheese in different shapes like teddy bear, triangle, aeroplane etc.keep it in between sandwiches.you can make home made chocolate (or chocolate bars)and cut it into similar kind of shapes.Tell the kids to select the sandwiches and whatever shape they get, if they eat fully then you can give these shaped chocolate as a bonus. With gems also you can arrange in different shapes and serve.

You don't say how old. But you could go to the dollar store and purchase teddy bears to decorate. Hang them from ballons, put them in bookshelves on the back of furniture. You could also make teddy bear shaped cookies for the kids to decorate (if they are old enough) Also you could play pin the bow on the teddy bear. You could also serve "teddybear food" berries, black berries, strawberries and raspberries with a little whip cream (call it snow), carrots and celery and other veges with "green grass dip" (ranch dip with green food coloring). Hope this helps!

We make 'fairy bread' for our kids birthday parties. its just slices of bread with jam (jello) and 'hundreds and thousands' sprinkled on top. I can't remember what 'hundreds and thousands' are in American. They are those tiny coloured sprinkles for putting on ice-cream. Kids love it.

How about gingerbread-bears?

Gummy Bears-Dizzy Grizzlies-Teddy Grahams-
Paw print shaped foods or cake or printed cupcakes.
If you cut sandwiches into bear shapes with a cookie cutter, be sure to cut the bread before you add the filling or you will end up with a blob.

Or pizza shaped like teddy bears...again you can use the cookie cutter and a knofe for that one,
Sounds fun~

Have a tea party. have foods that are all (or mostly) pink. Like pink cake, strawberry ice cream, cotton candy, strawberries, different fruits, dip with a little red food coloring. Also you could go to a sencond hand store and get some big brim hats and gloves. Be creative with it. There's lots of great ideas out there for little girls parties.
