You can totally use regular vodka!! The jello is the flavor and that is all you need my dear!!

I always like to mix it up a little bit. The absolute best jello shots I ever made were made with pineapple jello and Malibu Rum!! Oh girl they were awesome!

I personally do not like cherry jello shooters ... ugh! I prefer orange and lime! Have fun with them!

you can use regular vodka they just wont taste as good

Regular vodka is fine. Rely on the Jello for the flavor!

Bert

yea regular vodka should be fine! when i made it i used cherry vodka and cherry jello...also lime jello or something like that!
w/e you use, should be fine!

i always used regular vodka

any whiskey will do, its the flavor of the jello that takes the bite off the whiskey. have fun!

if you dont want to spend all the money on vodka...i would use shnaps. Like peach shnaps with peach jello (tasts great). Or apple puckers with green apple jello.

regular vodka works fine

I have only really had it with regular vodka so you should be fine..the jello is most of the flavor anyways.

Other ideas are making skittles vodka. Its easy and yummy! you add a handfull of skittles (all the same color) into the vodka and let it sit for a few hours...overnight is best. strain out the skittles and you have your own flavored vodka..yum yum.

You can also use sourpuss.... tastes like candy in jello

For Jello shots you don't even have to use vodka. Any pure grain alcohol will do. In Ontario it's called alchool and it's cheaper than vodka.

Party on !
