Answers: quick & easy receipe for 19th birthday party 70 guest, would like to make 2 large bowls full

This recipe feeds about 10 as a side dish.

1 cooked box tri colored pasta
1 container of Zesty Italian dressing
1 diced red onion
1 diced yellow pepper
1 small can sliced black olives
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese (I actually pefer crumbles now if you can get them)
1 bag of sliced pepperoni you have quartered

Mix everything together except for half the bottle of dressing. Right before you are about to serve mix in the last half of the bottle.

Pasta bows, pesto, pine nuts and some black olives. Easy!!

yummy...where's the party???

Cooked but cold pasta?

1) Mix with some mayo and salad cream, chopped cucumber, chopped cherry tomatoes, sliced spring onions, sweetcorn, shredded iceburg lettuce, tuna and seasoning.

2) Mix with Greek salad (feta, mint, olives, peppers and onions) and dressing and seasoning.

I usually make 2 different bowls.
1 with chopped up cooked rashers and chopped boiled eggs mixed up with fussili pasta and a bit of chopped chives. Then throw in a bit of salad dressing, try for a tomatoey, barbeque flavour, but don't overdo it.

Then I make one with shell pasta, tuna and sweetcorn and some mayo type dressing.

The first one I mentioned always dissapears in seconds and it's gorgeous!

tri colored pasta cooked rinsed and cooled....sliced black oils ....Italian dressing...do not make it to far ahead of time...the vinegar can turn the pasta into mush over time.

http://members.tripod.com/~lotsofinfo/in... this gives you recipes for 100 you would only have to reduce it by 1/3 or use two recipes and cut each in half. that way you have two choices.( you could have one with meat or seafood and one with just veggies.

oOoOOooo.. I LOVE PASTA SALAD!

It;'s easy to make and great for a party!

I make my pasta salad WITHOUT any mayo, I use an italian vingerette, this way if you leave it out on the table for the party, you wont end up with a spoiled pasta salad!

Here's a pic for visual:

This is the best! It's from a little Italian Restaurant I love:
Modify the amounts to get the servings you need:

Refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked al dente and cooled under running water.
Sweet red onion, thinly sliced
grape tomatoes
fresh mozzarella, shredded
Good quality bottled Italian dressing

Combine in bowl and refrigerate for an hour or two to blend flavors
