I have now, that looks pretty cool.
They add sodium accitate to water, and then when it touches something it forms some sort of solid crystals.
Although technically this isn't 'hot ice', since 'ice' is defined as water in it's solid state and when you add the sodium accitate to the water, it isn't really the same compound any more.
