I will def. make a cake for him....but what else is inexpensive...

He is an 80's child , so recall a movie he likes from the 80's and act it out, with custom and all....Like Grease....dress up like Sandra Dee and serve him the Cake
letter.. ^_^
Haven't you heard its the thought that counts not the size of the present. You can't buy devotion. Buy him a CD he likes.
you should make him a cake, and plan a birthday party, and tell your friends and his friends to bring something to share you don't have to waste money, and tell people to dress up in 80's clothe that is way inexpensive
