What would be your menu for a dinner party themed in the 1960s?!

Question: I can immediately think of egg mayonnaise (ugh!) and prawn cocktail as being two starters popular at that time. I also remember chicken a la king and boeuf bourginion as a couple of main dishes and a black cherry trifle for sweet.

What would be your choice with a 1960s theme?

I automatically think of the invention of Swanson frozen dinners when I think of the 1960's. I would make a roast beef and mashed potatoes and peas and put them all in little individual foil trays instead of plates (LOL).
