Birthday party place to go?!

Question: The party is for a girl turning 12. Where is a place to go? A small place so we can go there and then have a sleepover at the house. I dont want it to be a resteraunt. I want it not to be too long. Thank you in advance for the ideas!

A roller skating park or the movies sounds nice!

If the weather permits it, consider local parks or even a state park with a theme (down in Florida, manatees are the big thing this time of year). If weather permits, you can even reserve tent sites overnight.

Also, consider other places, such as botanical gardens, and other under-utilized places that may also have unused rooms that can be used for the celebration, yet still have something else to offer as entertainment.

Finally, consider places like the YMCA or other rec centers that may fill your requirement of something fun to do and something to rent for a small amount of time.

P.S. I forgot that we have a place here in Gainesville, FL but it is EXPENSIVE. Has everything in one building. Video games, carnival games, rock climbing, rollerskating, mini golf, you name it. If you are willing to fork out the bucks, they can have a ball.

Last I checked, it was about $45 a child to do everything.

Bring your own cake, and pay for those expensive hotdogs, burgers and nachos.
