What should I serve tonight?!
Answers: I'm having a few people over for dinner, movies and games. There will be drinking and I would rather not have to scrub puke out of my carpets. What should we have for dinner? It's definatly not going to be fancy, I was thinking hot pockets or pizza stuff like that. I can cook so suggest anything.
Pizza and Buffalo wings ranch dressing and sodas!!
make stuff like breads with dipping sauce,
Small sandwiches, cheese..
pasta salad..
fruit bowl
just use filling foods so they eat more than they drink....
individual pizzas using split English muffins as the crust...
or a French bread pizza....both can be made well ahead of time and simple popped in the oven.
Corned Beef Flan.

Begin with a pastry shell.
Shred your corned beef and place in shell, add some onion and diced cooked carrot.
Whisk together 3-6 eggs, depending upon the size.
Sprinkle with tasty cheese, or a cheese you like.
Bake in a preheated 165C oven until the cheese is browning and the eggs are set.
Turn out and slice into wedges.
Pigs in a blanket with all the hot dog fixins....mustard, ketchup, chili (canned), relish, onions
Tater tots.
And if you want to make sure no one is going to puke on your carpets I suggest MANY bottles of water. Keep them hydrated with more than liquor...they wont get sick!
sweet and sour chicken and fried rice
.On a night like your having I love to make ketch or oven ca bobs , even some fondue's.their are all different kinds, for meat or for the veges or desert like the strawberry's covered in Chocolate and its all finger food put out a bu-fay and let everyone help themselves or put out a very big Sub cut up for the guyes for all of that work make it easy and call up some Friends to help before the festivity's to night and it cuts down on all of the work If I knew what was in your kitchen cobbers Id be able to help you more Have fun sounds great to me
Chips, hot dogs hamburgers,
What about different appetizer things? Chicken wings or chicken tenders, cheese quesadilla's cut into wedges, chips and dip or salsa, pizza rolls, cheese and crackers...I would just make a bunch of finger/appetizer foods and set them out buffet style and make sure you have lots of napkins!!
Have a nice time!!
I would do a "Make your own Taco" buffet and make a side salad. You'll need some carbs to soak up the alcohol so how about some chips and salsa as well.
