Hot pink cupcakes. Need answer ASAP!!?!

Question: Okay tomorrow is my friend's birthday, and she really wants Jeffree Star-themed cupcakes [its an inside thing]. I already have hot pink cupcakes, hot pink frosting, and neon frosting for decor, but I need some other ideas!!

I'm planning on drawing razorblades and lipstick tubes on the cupcakes, but I'd like some more ideas.

Don't know how good you are with frosting:
Eyelash curler (a little tough)
Eyes with big eyelashes (you can use colored sugar for eyeshadow)
Stars
Hairbrushes
Hair dryer
Mascara wand
Microphone
High heels

What other colors does she like or foods? And by her a dvd or somthing or shoes people love shoes!

hot pink screams Jeffree Star... so... not sure about your settings... i'm guessing this isnt a home party, but maybe school or work... what about a sign.. with kisses, stars, etc... your decor could be completely makeup... tubes of lipstick, eye lash curlers, eye shadow brushes... with ribbon (black and pink) etc.

if you wanted to go wayyy out... have your hair pink... temporarily of course...
