* It's my husbands 21st but he does not like liquor however he will drink it for this occasion.
* My budget is $100 (for drinks) TOPS
* The drinks must serve 12-14 people
So hit me up with some really tasty drink ideas. It must be unique. No beer. No buttery nipples I think those are gross. I love layered drinks and layered shots!

How about peach bellinis? Champagne, rum and peach schnapps. If he doesn't like the taste of alcohol that much, these would work well as they taste like peach slushies. Not too sure how you would do the frozen part, but I'm sure you could google the recipe somewhere and it would give you some pointers!

look up online bartender searches... you can look up many different drinks.
Also you could buy those little test tube shots (tooters) they are pretty cheap.

Pina colada..coquito...Jello shots taste like frozen children's tylenol.....yuck....or at least the ones my neighbor make disgusting

Why don't u try some vodka and cranberry juice with a olive inside its very tasty and not alot of money at all.Trust me
Get some of those buckets that are powder that you fill with alcohol and freeze, those are cheap and taste good (but don't get mint, those are gross)
You said "no beer" right? Guess I read it... Anyways check out http://www.idrink.com/, maybe you can make something without liquor or hide it with something sweet. You could always play a drinking game with everyone! Or better yet make everyone bring a bottle and drink recipe of choice. Pot luck baby!
There is a drink called bilge wine...we make up all the time in the navy....get a BIG BIG bucket, punch bowl...something large clean and doesn't leak.
Fill about a quarter with canned fruit...mixed, pineapple, peaches, ect...
fill about half with a fruit punch juice.
Fill up the rest with alcohol...spiced rum like captain Morgan is a must...others are up to you...vodka, dark rums, fruit flavors...have at least three different flavors.
Let it sit for at least 24 hours...serve with ice...no one will taste the alcohol and be sure to eat the fruit!
but be careful this will mess some people up and you can do it for 60-70 bucks...

Margarita Jello Shots
1 small package of Lime Jello
1 Small Package of Lemon Jello
1 Cup Tequilla
3 Cups Water
Do the hot water to disolve the jello, when adding the cold water, substitue one cup of water with the tequilla. I like to ad a few dashes of salt, for the salt effect.
Pina Colada Jello Shooters
1 large package of Pineapple Jello
1 Cup of Malibu Coconut Rum
1 Cup of Water
Use the rum instead of the cold water

If you really don't want to put the work into the Jello Shots, my new favorite drink is the Ocean Spray Cranberry Tangerine juice mixed with Vodka and a dash of lime. It is soooooo yummy!
The first thing you want to do is decide on the drinks and then
go to a warehouse store like costco or sam's to buy the liquor. Mojitos are really popular right now and they are refreshing and really inexpensive to make. As far as a shooter, try this one: American Flag Layer Blue curacao on bottom, tequila in the middle and grenadine on top. then float top with grain alcohol. place the whole shot glass in ashtray and light top on fire. then stick straw in it and suck it up. these are great and sure to impress your friends.
What about a punch? Some vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice.
